OTHERNESS

Otherness (noun):  “being or feeling different in appearance or character from what is familiar, expected or generally accepted”

Otherness is as in progress series exploring themes of identity, power, perception, acceptance and belonging.  Following on from her previous investigative series  - I am Patchwork - here the artist explores what it means to be and feel Otherness, whilst moving from London to Kent and undertaking her own Hero’s Journey.
